Joseph Naso to be Charged with Four Murders
on April 13, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsJoseph Naso was arrested by the Marin County Sheriff’s Office as he was released from the El Dorado County Jail on unrelated charges. He will be charged with four counts of murder with special circumstances.
Naso is accused of the kidnapping and murder of Roxene Roggasch in 1977. Evidence was found in his home during a search in April 2010.
He is also accused of killing Carmen Colon in 1978, Paula Parsons in 1993, and Tracy Tofoya in 1994.
He is being held without bond. His arraignment is scheduled for today.
