Teeth Found on Gilgo Beach

Investigators in the Gilgo Beach area found two teeth on Friday. They were located near the spot where a human skull was found earlier this month. A Nassau County police spokesman said it appeared likely that the teeth came from the skull, but that a medical examiner was working to confirm or disprove this theory.

Police are returning to already searched areas in hopes of finding additional forensic evidence that was missed in the dense underbrush.
