Fifth Gilgo Beach Victim Identified

The skull found on Long Island has been identified as belonging to 20-year-old Jessica Taylor. Jessica’s body was found off Halsey Manor Road and Long Island Expressway in July 2003. Her head and hands were missing.

Taylor was known to be working in New York City as a prostitute when she went missing. She generally worked at the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
