Police Release John Sweeney’s Art
on May 27, 2011 in Serial Killers, Victimology by Brian CombsNo, Scotland Yard isn’t trying to raise funds by selling murderabilia. They are trying to locate potential victims of John Sweeney.
Sweeney targeted his girlfriends for his murderous impulses. He also liked to paint and draw his girlfriends.
Many of the images are portraits, although sometimes racy. Others seem to illustrate how the victim may have been killed.
There are three unidentified women in the pictures who are thought to have had relationships with Sweeney. One is a Brazilian woman called Irani and another is a Colombian woman named Maria.
