Joseph Naso Pleads Not Guiltyon May 28, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian Combs
Joseph Naso, who is serving as his own attorney, pled not guilty of Friday to the four counts of murder with special circumstance that he faces. He also requested that he be released from jail immediately.
Naso claims that prosecutors have put forth insufficient evidence to hold him. Said Naso:
No photos in defendants home, show women in forced posing, forced bondage or being deceased. All women posed in free will.
Marin County Superior Court Judge Andrew E. Sweet told Naso that if he submitted an official, written request, it would be considered by the court. Deputy District Attorney Dori Ahana will respond in writing to the written request.
A preliminary hearing was set for Naso the week of July 11th. The DA’s Office expects this hearing to take seven days.
