Rasu Khan Attacks Witness in Court
on June 2, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsRasu Khan was in a Chittagong, Bangladesh tribunal facing four murder charges Wednesday, when he attacked a witness giving evidence against him. The handcuffed Khan threw himself at Sanwar Hossain when the witness was leaving the courtroom.
Said Chittagong Divisional Speedy Trial Tribunal public prosecutor Mohammad Aiub:
The police brought the situation under control afterwards.
Khan had already interrupted the proceeding several times by yelling angry accusations against witnesses.
Chittagong police would not acknowledge that any incident occured.
