Joseph Naso Funding Decision Delayed
on July 27, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsIn a hearing on Tuesday, Marin Superior Court judge Andrew Sweet has delayed his decision on whether Joseph Naso should receive public funding for a legal advisor. He wants to see the results of a financial report on Naso before deciding. The report is expected today.
Naso was visibly shaken when he asked that prosecutors not “broadcast” his financial condition in open court:
Banking and financial affairs are considered to be private. They are not relevant to this case.
Sweet did not rule on this request. He is expected to decide the funding issue on Friday.
