Jeffrey Dahmer Survivor Charged in Killingon August 1, 2011 in Victimology by Brian Combs
Tracy M. Edwards, 52, is the only victim to escape from Jeffrey Dahmer. He and a second man, Timothy Larod Carr, have been charged with “recklessly endangering safety” in the drowning death of a man last week.
Drugged and handcuffed, Edwards escaped from Dahmer’s apartment in July 1991. He led police back to Dahmer, where they found a refrigerator full of human body parts.
Edwards is homeless and has been in and out of jail over the years.
Allegedly, Edwards and Carr argued with Johnny Jordan. Prosecutors say they picked Jordan up and threw him off a downtown Milwaukee bridge.
Bail has been set at $10,000, and a preliminary hearing has been set for August 8. They face up to 7 1/2 years in prison.
