The second and concluding episode of Appropriate Adult aired yesterday evening in the United Kingdom. While I’m not seeing too many reviews yet, it appears that Ceri Radford of The Telegraph liked the show.

She recaps the story of Fred West, which most regulars to this site and podcast already know. Radford also describes the transformation that Janet Leach under goes as she falls under West’s influence:

At the conclusion of this dazzling, disorientating film, Leach was shown with her partner and children, running and laughing under wet grey skies. If that was her happy ending, it was suitably muted and fragile.
