Moscow Man Charged as Serial Killer
on October 20, 2010 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsAn unnamed Moscow man has been charged with murdering seven women and one young boy. The women were raped and then strangled. The boy was the son of one of the women, and was killed to cover the crime. All were killed from January through July 2003.
Investigators said:
The killings took place on the street, in apartments and in entrance halls of apartment blocks.
