Media Briefing Today about Gilgo Beach
on September 20, 2011 in Unsubs by Brian CombsSuffolk Police Commission Richard Dormer will brief the media today at 11am Eastern regarding his department’s investigation into of the remains of ten people found along Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach.
Only five of the remains have been identified. Jewelry and personal effects will be shown in hopes of identifying at least one of the additional victims, according to sources.
Update: According to MyFoxNY.com, police are expected to release sketches of the five unidentified bodies as well. These include the body of a infant girl, and a woman who was buried there at least a decade ago.
