Donald Welling
Donald, 35, was shot April 1, 1989. He had been jogging on Route 94 in Tuscarawas County.

Jamie Paxton
Jamie, 21, was shot on November 1, 1990 while bow hunting.

Kevin Loring
Kevin, 30, was deer hunting in a reclaimed strip mine area in Muskingum County on November 28, 1990 when he was shot.

Claude Hawkins
Claude, 48, was shot while fishing near Wills Creek Dam on March 14, 1992.

Gary Bradley
Gary, 44, was fishing in a recreation area near Caldwell in Belmont County when he was shot on April 4, 1992.
