Episode 001: Henry Lee Lucas

on October 29, 2010 in Podcast Episodes, Serial Killers by

Henry Lee Lucas, a one-eyed drifter, confessed to over 600 murders, and became a media and law enforcement sensation. He was sentenced to death in a case so questionable that even Governor George W. Bush recommended his sentence be commuted. Lucas was an accomplished liar, and picking out the details of his life is quite difficult. In the end, all we know with confidence is that he likely committed at least three murders, made fools of law enforcement all over the country, and died in prison.
