Mark Goudeau is Eligible for the Death Penalty
on November 4, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsOn Thursday, the jury in Mark Goudeau’s trial found him eligible for the death penalty.
The mitigation hearing will start on Wednesday. It is no know what mitigating factors the defense will present.
When the defense is done, the jury will determine whether or not to impose the death penalty.
Goudeau was not in court either Wednesday or Thursday.
