on November 28, 2011 in Serial Killers by

Robert Black’s attorneys are expected to file an appeal in his conviction of the abduction and murder of nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy. It is believed that the appeal will be filed in the next few days.

Black was convicted of Jennifer’s murder in October after a six week trial and four hours and 15 minutes of jury deliberations. He was previously found guilty in the murders of three other children, and is a suspect in at least one additional case.

It is unknown what grounds for appeal will be claimed.
