Robert Black to Appeal Latest Murder Conviction
on November 28, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsRobert Black’s attorneys are expected to file an appeal in his conviction of the abduction and murder of nine-year-old Jennifer Cardy. It is believed that the appeal will be filed in the next few days.
Black was convicted of Jennifer’s murder in October after a six week trial and four hours and 15 minutes of jury deliberations. He was previously found guilty in the murders of three other children, and is a suspect in at least one additional case.
It is unknown what grounds for appeal will be claimed.
