Joseph Naso Ordered to Stand Trial
on January 23, 2012 in Alleged Serial Killers by Brian CombsMarin County Superior Court Judge Andrew Sweet this morning ordered Joseph Naso to stand trial for the murders of four women. This was the conclusion of a preliminary hearing that began January 10th.
The order ruled that there was sufficient evidence to try Naso for the murders, and also makes him eligible for the death penalty. Marin County Deputy District Attorney Dori Ahana has not indicated whether the death penalty will be sought.
Naso will return to court on February 3rd to be arraigned.
