Investigators Searching for Bodies on Wesley Shermantine’s Former Property

KCRA-TV reports that investigators are searching the property previously owned by the parents of Wesley Shermantine in the hopes of finding the bodies of more of his victims. Shermantine has repeatedly promised to reveal the locations of his victims, but has yet to produce anything useful.

Investigators suspect that Shermantine and his childhood buddy Loren Herzog may have killed up to 25 people during a methamphetamine-fueled crime spree.

The Sheriff’s Department would not say whether Shermantine was on scene for the search, but they have been hesitant to transport him in the past.
