Kimberly Saenz Charged with Killing Five with Bleach IVs

on March 6, 2012 in Alleged Serial Killers by

Kimberly Saenz, a 38-year-old nurse at DaVita Dialysis clinic in Lufkin, Texas, was charged Monday with killing as many as five patients and of committing aggravated assault on five others. Prosecutors allege two patients witnessed Saenz inject bleach into dialysis tubing used by two other patents.

Records show EMS was called as many as 30 times in April 2008, and made at least 19 runs. In the previous 15 months, EMS had been called twice.

Saenz pleaded not guilt, and her attorney claims she is being scapegoated for mistakes made by the clinic.
