on April 1, 2012 in Serial Killers by

Former nurse Kimberly Saenz is now a convicted serial killer.

An Angelina County, Texas jury found her guilty of capital murder, which in this case means she killed at least two of the five victims she is accused of murdering. Saenz injected bleach into a number of patients of the DaVita Dialysis Center.

She also was found guilty of three charges of aggravated assault for victims that survived. She was found not guilty of two other assaults.

The trial took four weeks and the jury deliberated for 14 hours.

Saenz was charged in May 2008. After spending nine days in jail, she made her $300,000 bond.

She will now spend the weekend in jail awaiting the start of the punishment phase Monday. The jury will decide whether to sentence her to life in prison or death by lethal injection.
