Giuseppe Raeli has been charged with committing five murders over the last twelve years. He has also been charged with four attempted murders. He was arrested during a raid at his residence in the Sicilian town of Cassibile on Monday.

Local media has named the man the “Monster of Cassibile”. He killed his victims by shooting them with a 12-gauge shotgun.

According to chief prosecutor Ugo Rossi, Raeli allegedly killed people to attain justice over those who didn’t pay him for various odd jobs he’d done for them.
