Joseph Naso Trial Delayedon September 27, 2012 in Alleged Serial Killers by Brian Combs
After being asked to delay the trial where Joseph Naso will defend himself against four counts of murder, Judge Andrew Sweet has agreed to push jury selection to January 14, 2013. Naso wanted to delay until February or March, or even longer.
Naso has burned through a number of legal advisors, and claimed that he needed time to prepare with his latest, Deputy Public Defender Pedro Oliveros.
The trial was originally scheduled to begin on November 7th. When told the trial would only be delayed until January 14th, Naso replied, “That is really nothing at all.”
