Aussie Serial Killer Collects Navy Pension

According to the Herald Sun, accused serial killer Derek Percy, known as “The Spook”, has been paid $20,000 a year in benefits by the Royal Australian Navy for the last 41 years. He served less than 20 months in the navy.

He was jailed in 1969 for the killing of Yvonne Tuohy and is suspected in eight other child abductions and murders. But he was found not guilty by reason of insanity, but remains imprisoned due to his mental state.
