Alfredo Prieto Given the Death Sentence (Again)
on December 17, 2010 in Serial Killers by Brian CombsAlfredo Prieto, who was convicted of three murders and suspected in six more, was given a pair of death sentences Thursday by a Fairfax County judge. He was convicted of the following:
- Rape and capital murder (Rachael A. Raver, 22)
- Capital murder (Warren H. Fulton III, 22)
- Rape and capital murder (Yvette Woodruff, 15)
He has been on death row since 1992 for the third. While there, DNA linked him to the first two.
A jury imposed the death sentences in November, but the judge could have reduced the sentences to life without parole. He chose not to do so.

What you did to those two young people was vile and horrible and beyond the pale.
