Third Victim Definitively Linked to Kensington Strangler
on December 22, 2010 in Unsubs by Brian CombsThe body of Carey Mahoney, which was found on December 15, was definitively linked to the Kensington Strangler using DNA. Philadelphia Police Detective Justin Frank said:
DNA recovered from the scene provided a positive match to the person who was dubbed the Kensington strangler.
Rewards totalling $37,000 have been offered for information leading to the unsub’s arrest and conviction.
