Walter Ellis Finally Pleads No Contest

Walter Ellis, who has indicated he would plead out his case several times, only to change his mind at the last minute, has pleaded no contest to five counts of first-degree intentional homicide, and two counts of first-degree murder.

Ellis was subsequently convicted by Judge Dennis Cimpl, and will be sentenced next week.
