Serial Killer in Shujaabad, Pakistanon February 20, 2011 in Unsubs by Brian Combs
Seven people have been attacked in Shujaabad, Pakistan in one week. Four of the victims have died. All were attacked on the way to the mosque for Fajr prayers.
Shafiq Khan, who survived the attack, said:
I heard someone cussing at me in Punjabi. Suddenly a man appeared from a side and stabbed me with his dagger. He fled on hearing noise of people coming out of the mosque.
At least one protest has occurred due to the inability of police to catch the attacker. Saddar SP Karamat Malik told the International Herald Tribune that help will be needed from citizens to catch the killer.
