Family of Peter Moore’s Victim: Don’t let him out!
on March 6, 2011 in Law Enforcement, Serial Killers by Brian CombsPeter Moore killed four homosexual men in the fall of 1995. He stabbed and mutilated them “for fun.”
Now he wants to use an EU human rights law to win his release. He, and two other murders, are claiming that their “life without review” sentences are inhuman and degrading. They are demanding regular parole hearings.
Lynne Haygarth, sister of victim Edward Carthy, says:
t will be degrading for us if he gets out. The thought of him having the cheek to think he can get out. He’s just not going to get out. He’ll never get out, because he’s destroyed how many families?
He’s destroyed ours, I know that much.
