Edward Edwards Receives Death Sentenceon March 10, 2011 in Serial Killers by Brian Combs
Edward Edwards was already serving life in prison for the murders of two couples in 1977 and 1980. On Tuesday, he pled guilty to killing his foster son in 1996 for life insurance money.
A three judge panel then sentenced him to death.
Edwards is 76 and enfeebled by diabetes, so it’s very likely he will die before the sentence is imposed.
