David Alan Gore was born on August 21, 1953 in Florida. He was the first of two children in his family.
Gore didn’t have any known criminal activity until the age of 16, when he was caught watching girls in his physical education class. This is around the time Gore began to spend more time with his cousin, Fred Waterfield. According to records, Waterfield was a major influence on Gore, aiding and encouraging him to commit murder.
In 1981 Waterfield offered Gore $1000 for any pretty girl he could find. This was the beginning of Gore’s serial series, at the age of 28. Gore would typically murder Caucasian or Asian women between the ages of 14 – 48. Gore and Waterfield would either strangle or shoot their victims to death after raping them.
On July 26, 1983 Gore and Waterfield were seen chasing a naked girl up their driveway and the police were called. Gore was convicted on January 21, 1985 to the death penalty. Due to the amount of appeals, Gore has not yet been executed by the State. and is serving for six life sentences. He currently resides in a prison in Florida.
