Joseph W. Brown was born around 1955. He began his murder series in 2000, around the age of 45, and ended in 2011. Brown began his murder series with the murder of his girlfriend, Ginger Gasaway, and ended with the murder of a fellow inmate, Charles Miller. Brown was already serving a 60 year sentence for the murder of Ginger when he was found guilty for the murder of Charles. After Charles’s murder, Brown was found guilty and sentenced to an additional 60 year sentence. Brown was known to have strangled Charles to death. The victims were left at the scene of the crime. It is believed that Brown murdered Charles after he discovered that Charles had been found guilty of child molestation.

Joseph W. Brown was found guilty for the murders of two people. We currently have information on both of his victims. Ginger Gasaway Ginger was murdered in August of 2000, in Evansville. Charles Miller Charles, age 62, was murdered on June 19, 2011. Miller was strangled to death.Continue reading...
